How it works

1. Choose the color, size and the front design.
2. Upload a clear photo of your pet (whole body or head and shoulders, good light, in focus).
3. Add their name if you want it under the photo (up to 14 characters).
4. A real person checks every photo before printing. If it isn't sharp enough, we email you before making anything.

Photo tips

• Use the original photo from your phone, not a screenshot.
• Your pet should be fully in the frame and not covered by hands or toys.
• One pet per item. Want two? Add two items with one photo each.

Made just for you: allow 1–2 extra business days for the photo check. Personalized items can't be returned for change of mind, but if anything arrives damaged or misprinted we replace it free.
