Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you visit telarprints.com or buy from us. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms.

1. Who we are

TelarPrints (including the brand Paw Crew by TelarPrints) is run by Ricardo Andrés Guzmán Bacca, a sole proprietor in Colombia: Calle 151 # 13A-50, Bogotá 110131, Colombia. Tax ID (RUT, Colombia): 1018485784-3. Email: telarprints@gmail.com. Phone: +57 319 458 9466. Our store runs on Shopify.

2. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. Products for kids and pets must be bought by an adult. We sell to consumers for personal use, not for resale.

3. Orders and contract

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, if we suspect fraud, or if a personalized order breaks section 6.

4. Prices, payment, taxes and discounts

Prices are in US dollars and include the shipping that is free in the US. Shipping to other countries is shown at checkout before you pay.
Orders shipped outside the US may be subject to import taxes, duties or fees charged by your country on delivery; these are paid by the buyer (see our Shipping Policy).
Payment is handled by PayPal (including debit and credit cards through PayPal).
Combo discount: 15% off automatically when you buy 3 or more eligible pieces. Discount codes, such as the one on our thank-you card, can't be exchanged for cash. Only one order discount applies per order unless the checkout says otherwise.

5. Products, photos and AI

Every item is printed to order by our print partners. Colors on screen may look slightly different from the real product, and print placement may vary a little from item to item.
Product photos: our product images are digital mockups, and some lifestyle photos (people and pets wearing our products) are created with artificial intelligence (AI) to show how products look when worn. They are based on the real design and garment, but they are not photos of real customers.
Designs: our designs are our own. We create many of them with the help of AI design tools, and a person selects, edits and reviews each one before it goes on sale.
Chat: the chat assistant on our store is an AI, not a person. It can make mistakes; the information in our policies and on the product page prevails. If you need a person, ask the assistant or email us.
Sizes: please check the size chart on each product page. Our apparel is unisex unless the product says otherwise.
Pet products: they are accessories for supervised wear. Remove them if your pet chews them, and don't leave your pet unattended while wearing them.

6. Personalized products (names, text and photos)

Some products let you add a name, text or a photo (usually of your pet). When you do:

You are responsible for what you upload or type. You confirm that you own the photo or have permission to use it, and that anyone who appears in it (or, for a child, their parent or guardian) agrees to it.
Don't upload or write content that belongs to someone else (logos, brands, characters, celebrities, artwork or photos you don't have the rights to), or content that is offensive, hateful, sexual, violent or illegal.
Your license to us: you give us, our print partners and the service providers that help us make your item (for example, the AI tool that removes the background of your photo) a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to use, edit and print your photo and text only to create the preview, print and ship your item and handle any problem with that order. You keep all your rights. We won't use your photo in our marketing or social media unless you separately say yes.
Quality: the result depends on the photo you upload. We check personalized orders before printing; if a photo is too small or blurry, or the content isn't allowed, we'll contact you to fix it or cancel the order with a full refund.
Returns: personalized items can't be returned for change of mind anywhere, including in the European Union and the United Kingdom. If they arrive damaged, defective or with a printing error that isn't caused by the photo or text you sent, our Refund Policy applies.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds

See our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.

8. Intellectual property

Our brand names and logos (TelarPrints, Paw Crew), texts, and the selection, arrangement and edits of our designs and photos belong to us or to our licensors, to the extent the law protects them (some elements created with AI may not be protected by copyright). Buying a product lets you use and enjoy it; it doesn't give you the right to copy our designs, sell them or use them commercially. We check our designs against registered trademarks before selling them and we don't use other companies' brands or characters. If you believe something in our store infringes your rights, email telarprints@gmail.com with the details (what it is, where it appears, and proof of your rights) and we'll review it and remove it if appropriate.

9. Reviews

You are free to post honest reviews of our products and service, including negative ones. We will never ask you to remove an honest review or penalize you for it. If you post a review or tag us on social media, you keep the rights to your content; if we want to repost it, we'll ask you first.

10. Gift cards

TelarPrints gift cards are sent by email, never expire and can be used on any product in the store. They can't be exchanged for cash, except where the law requires it. Keep the code safe: it works like cash.

11. Our responsibility

We sell our products as described. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable or that were not caused by our breach of these Terms, and our total responsibility for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. These limits don't apply where the law doesn't allow them, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your legal rights as a consumer (for example, for faulty goods). Some US states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

12. Law and disputes

Please contact us first at telarprints@gmail.com: we'll try to solve any problem quickly. These Terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence.
