Refund policy

Because every item is printed to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. Please check the size chart before ordering.

If something is wrong, we'll make it right. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, or you received the wrong item, email us at telarprints@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. You don't need to send the item back.

Lost packages: If tracking shows your package as lost, contact us and we'll reship it at no cost.

Cancellations: You can cancel within 12 hours of placing your order, before it goes into production.
