Shipping policy

Where we ship: We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Free shipping: Shipping is free on every order.

Made to order: Every TelarPrints item is printed just for you after you order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days, and delivery takes 3–7 business days after shipping. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Matching sets arrive in separate packages: Our shirts and our pet bandanas are made by two different print partners in the USA. If your order includes both, they will ship separately and may arrive on different days.

Holiday deadlines: For delivery before Halloween, please order by October 18. For delivery before Christmas, please order by December 10. We can't guarantee delivery dates once an order ships.

Address errors: Please double-check your shipping address. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, we can reship it once you pay the new shipping cost.
